Hampshire II Launch
On Saturday April 14, 2012, Feadship fans around the world celebrated. They learned of the launch of the 78.5 meter motor yacht HAMPSHIRE II. It occurred at the fabled builder’s Kaag yard.
Her owner is an experienced owner and active sportsman. HAMPSHIRE II features a helicopter landing platform on the foredeck. This area is transformed into a playing “field” for basketball, tennis, baseball, badminton and football. A giant net can be placed around the deck to keep the ball in play.
Guests can ride the elevator to the top of the crow’s nest. When they get there, they take a fast ride down and into the water on a zip line. Bucket list!
Her contemporary exterior design is by Redman Whiteley Dixon. It is a split-level design. This maximizes interior roominess and deck space. This Feadship also has an impressive beach club area. It has side platforms in addition to the swim platform at the transom.
