Readers may recall our December 17 profile of chef Renee Kappetein as he bested over a dozen talented luxury yacht charter chefs in the 50th annual Antigua Charter Yacht Show culinary competition. Renee, the live-aboard chef on the Fountaine Pajot Galathea 65 catamaran took first prize in the division for yachts under 100 feet.
